At Vanguard Vogue, most of our pieces are handmade to order by trusted production partners. We design every product and create the prints in-house, then work with skilled partners to sew and finish each item with professional quality.

This approach helps reduce waste, minimize overproduction, and create something unique for you. Because we work with multiple production companies, production and shipping times may vary slightly depending on the product.

Production Time

• Your order is produced after you place it — most items are handmade to order, designed by us and sewn with our trusted partners.
• Dresses: 5–7 business days
• Men’s Hawaiian Shirts: 5–7 business days
• Cotton Products: Guaranteed 5–10 business days
• Regular Hoodies & Tops: 3–5 business days
• Outerwear & Jackets: 5–14 business days
• Footwear & Accessories: 5–10 business days
• You’ll receive two email updates to keep you informed:
• Production Complete Notification – we’ll email you as soon as your item is ready to ship.
• Shipping Confirmation – once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

International Shipping

Vanguard Vogue ships worldwide, collaborating with a select network of trusted production partners who bring our designs to life. Your piece is crafted and shipped from the location best suited for timely delivery, ensuring the highest quality while minimizing transit times.

In rare cases where your order must travel internationally, local customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if any, are handled by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our pieces are handmade to order, we encourage mindful purchasing.

• Tailored Fashion & Custom Designs:
  Custom-designed or tailored pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. We work closely with you during the design process and require final approval before production begins to ensure your complete satisfaction.
• Damaged or Defective Items:
  Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement or refund.
• Sizing Issues:
  Most apparel items are eligible for size exchanges. Please contact us for exchange instructions.
• Lost Packages:
  We will work directly with the carrier to resolve or replace your order.
