Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Vanguard Vogue, we want you to feel confident and inspired by every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer a return, exchange, or store credit within:
- 7 days of delivery for U.S. orders
- 14 days of delivery for European orders
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and unworn
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Please note the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Pre-Order Designer Shoes: Each pair is handcrafted and Limited Edition, making them final sale.
- Custom & Tailored Designs: All custom pieces and any requested product customizations are final sale. We work with you for approval before production to ensure satisfaction.
- Clearance & Sale Items: Marked as “final sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Special Offers: All promotional or discounted items are final sale.
