This beginner-friendly Guided Journal takes users through 10 weeks of mindful journaling and meditation exercises designed to help reduce stress and promote inner reflection.

Each weekly entry includes thought-provoking writing prompts and corresponding coloring pages to focus one's thoughts through creative expression.

By learning simple mindfulness techniques, this workbook aims to help users live more intentionally in the present moment. While not a replacement for clinical therapy, it provides a gentle introduction to mindfulness practices for stress relief and emotional well-being.

Users are encouraged to follow the guided prompts at their own pace to process emotions and gain new perspectives, one week at a time. The reasons behind my decision to use my art to create this Journal & Coloring Workbook were to help people like me to focus on the present moment, to learn through colors and shapes to meditate and redefine or find emotional balance so needed in our recovery.

In my healing and recovery process I noticed that I would’ve loved to have a guided Journal and interactive workbook for self-awareness to help me manage my days and inspire me to find the strength I needed. I find my heart uplifted through art, using my creativity to revive my potential and rediscover strength in vulnerability. Through my art I heal, I express my self-love, I am free in mind and spirit.

I chose to draw inspirational shapes and spiritual-dreaming stories that will bring you encouragement, stimulation, motivation, and mindfulness.

Since I started intense therapy inpatient and outpatient, my creativity sparked after years of stagnation helping me in my emotional healing process and recovery from trauma.

It also keeps me in the present moment focused on NOW, and my mind doesn’t experience flashbacks anymore, I can process my trauma easier and all I feel is peace, an incredible motivation, hope, love and calmness.

I hope you will become motivated and inspired, find healing and clarity in your mind and soul through colors, imagination, journaling your thoughts and emotions.
